Cancellation and Returns:

We may offer a Refund or Return on Products that have a Manufacturing Defect. We only accept returns or offer refunds in the case of Manufacturing Defects.

You have the option to cancel your order before we dispatch it. In this event, we will refund you the amount you paid through the payment method you used when purchasing the Product. Please note that we reserve the right not to cancel the order if it has already been processed at our warehouse.

Refunds, repairs, and/or replacements will be issued only upon our receipt of the returned Product in unused, original condition, in the original packaging, with all original labels, tags attached, and any seals unbroken and intact.

Please ensure that the return is properly packed to avoid damage. We recommend insuring the Product for its full value during transit to us.

We will issue a refund only after we receive the product and thoroughly inspect it to ensure compliance with these terms. Please be aware that we might reduce the refund amount in the following circumstances:

– If you have used and enjoyed the Product.

– If you fail to inform us in a timely manner.

– If the individual packaging has been opened.

– If we provided a discount when you placed the order due to the Product being old or damaged.

If you have used or damaged the Product, you will not be entitled to any refund.
